Yes, I'm here and saw your comment, Kelli. It was no problem to help. Once you accumulate knowledge, then it is only right to share it with people who want to learn. I just went through that with a person who danced for the first time at a powwow I went this past weekend.

As for what to bead on, nobody has brought up the starched felt that's on the market. (It can be found at Michaels craft stores & is available in different colors.) That stuff is great for beading on. I used it for the beadwork on my dance purse and for a big rossette I made. If you have a pattern to tack down, glue sticks are great to use.
