If you have your plumes already. This is what you do. Get a piece of hanger and bend it into a "U" shape. Get your plumes and fix their direction and how you want them to show. You can use two or more plumes for each end of the "U" shape hangar. Use thread and white electrical tape to keep them attached to the hanger then use crazy glue. That's it, there you have it, now just clip a barrett and you're off and running. Remember to be generous with the wrapping of the plumes, use a good amount of thread, tape and glue.
