I'm sorry but I have to disagree. I was just thinking to myself last night that I want to buy a camper for the powwow season because I haven't been camping near as much as I used to at all the outdoor powwows. I regularly go to powwows in oklahoma and almost all of them are outdoor events. I can think of 7 off the top of my head that have always been outdoors and will probably always be outdoors: Copan, Quapaw, Stroud, otoe,Skiatook, Ponca and StandingBear. There was alot of rain last year that forced some powwows to find indoor locations but that's not the norm. I can only think of 3 that are indoors: Red Earth (always been indoors), IICOT and Tulsa (recently moved indoors).
